Is Miers really the best choice?
Of all the justices in this country, judges with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge of the law and the Constitution, is Harriet Miers, someone who's never been a judge and never weighed-on on important constitutional issues, really the best person for the job? I think that Bush's nomination of his own council is a blatant matter of favoritism, and the Senate must get out the facts on her.
