LITERARY PROJECTS

The written word is often the genesis of any artistic media, be it the script of a film, or a few notes jotted in a notebook for a song or painting idea. The two major written artistic media are poetry and prose. Poetry is an abstract idea--an idea that cannot be experienced with the senses--expressed in a concrete way--one that the senses can experience. Prose takes those ideas and relates them in the form of a story.
